Magpie Robin and Koel [27 May 2009|04:45am] [ mood | awake ] … Always, in spring and summer and a good bit into the monsoon, I am awakened (sometimes at an insane hour - like just around 3:30 AM or so) by the Magpie Robin and the Koel ( Magpie Robin ) Everyday, Magpie Robin does a different ditty, and quite often, 3 to 6 different, very complicated ditties, actually, till it’s very much morning and sunny :D Koel just goes Coo, Coooo, Coooo with increasing intensity for hours and hours.
